Serta International does not accept “unsolicited resumes” from any Temporary/Temp to Hire/Direct Hire Staffing Agencies or Recruiters/Headhunters. If one of our Serta Plant Locations require the services of a Staffing Agency, the Plant will invite current or new agencies to our staffing portal website with a username/password to submit a candidate to an open job requisition. Any headhunter/direct hire recruiter should not contact any Serta Plant Locations, the only main contact is the HR Representative from the Corporate Office.
